Together, we build a Kansas where everyone has a place to call home.

Our Vision

A world where everyone has a safe, stable, and affordable place to live.

Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit that helps families build and improve places to call home. We believe affordable housing plays a critical role in strong and stable communities.

Our Purpose

Habitat for Humanity Kansas is an Affiliate Support Organization (ASO) working in partnership with the 14 local Habitat offices of dedicated staff and volunteers who direct housing support in 16 counties across Kansas. Our purpose is to raise or provide resources and services for the benefit of Habitat Affiliates within Kansas to strengthen the Affiliates so they may in turn, be able to build, renovate, and repair decent and affordable housing for people who are living in inadequate housing and who are unable to secure housing by conventional means.
